Our Promise to You
Every Sree Rituals product is handcrafted in small batches by an Ayurvedic practitioner and quality checked before it leaves our facility. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Change of Mind
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened products — this is standard for all skincare and personal care products worldwide for hygiene reasons. If your product is completely unopened and unused, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll organise an exchange or store credit. Return shipping in this case is at your cost.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking or faulty — we want to know immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.
Allergic Reactions
We use 100% natural botanical ingredients and clearly list every ingredient on our label. We strongly recommend doing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If you experience a reaction, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Because reactions vary by individual skin type and sensitivity, we are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions. Please read the full ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if you have known sensitivities.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product, we're sorry — that's on us entirely. Contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item with express shipping at our cost.
How to Contact Us
Email us at admin@sreeayurveda.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
International Orders
We ship worldwide and all orders are carefully packed to withstand international transit. Please note that customs duties, taxes and import fees in your country are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Australian Customers
Australian consumer law gives you certain rights that this policy does not limit. If your product has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our policy above.
